Alcohol Ink on PVC with Resin “Party Time”

Woooo Hooo! Iv’e been known to say this a few times in my life (ok, maybe way more than a few, but who’s counting?!) I wanted to make a painting that had a ton of fun and colorful elements, and I so did that! There is alcohol ink, 3d acrylic paint, puffy paint, rhinestones & glitter! This is also created on PVC which will make this painting last and last and last (get the idea?).
