Returns, Refunds and Damage Policy
Original Artwork, Handmade Items, and Auction Purchases
Original artwork, handmade items, custom or personalized work, and auction purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the item, or expected a different minor color or handmade variation.
This final-sale policy does not apply when an item is defective, the wrong item is sent, it arrives damaged, or it materially differs from the listing description. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Reporting Damage or an Incorrect Item
Please email debbie@debbiedidit.com within 3 calendar days of delivery and include:
- Your name and order number;
- A description of the problem;
- Clear photographs of the item;
- Photographs of the shipping container and packing materials if damage occurred; and
- A photograph of the shipping label when relevant.
Please keep the item and all packaging until we respond. These materials may be needed for a carrier claim.
Resolution
After reviewing the information, Debbie Did It will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may be a repair, replacement when available, partial refund, or full refund. Because many items are original and one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not be possible.
If a return is required because the wrong, defective, damaged, or materially misdescribed item was provided, we will give return instructions and cover reasonable authorized return shipping. Do not mail an item back without contacting us first.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund after it is submitted.
Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or delayed. Customers should contact us before returning anything.
