Auction Rules
These Auction Rules apply to all auctions offered through debbiedidit.com.
Registration
A registered customer account is required to bid. Registration information must be accurate. Each person may use only their own account and may not bid through another person or account to manipulate an auction.
Binding Bids
Every bid is a genuine commitment to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. Do not bid unless you are willing and able to pay your bid, applicable tax, and any shipping charge disclosed for the item.
Bids generally cannot be withdrawn or reduced. Contact debbie@debbiedidit.com immediately if an obvious input mistake occurs. Debbie Did It is not required to cancel a bid and will decide requests reasonably based on the circumstances and auction status.
Starting Price and Minimum Bid
The displayed starting price is not itself a bid. The first accepted bid must meet the minimum shown on the auction page. After bidding begins, a new bid must be at least the displayed minimum amount above the current bid. A bidder may enter any higher total amount.
Auction Timing
The website’s displayed auction clock controls the scheduled closing time. Late bids do not extend an auction unless the listing expressly states otherwise. Internet, device, email, or connection delays are the bidder’s responsibility, so bidders should not wait until the final seconds.
Winning
When the auction closes, the highest valid bid recorded by the website wins. If identical bids or a technical timing issue occur, the website’s recorded time and bid records control, subject to correction of a clear technical error.
The winner will receive an email and a secure payment link. Email delivery is not guaranteed, so bidders should also review their account and the auction. Winning does not transfer ownership until required payment has been completed.
Payment Deadline
The winner must complete payment within 48 hours after the auction ends. Applicable tax and any disclosed shipping charge are added at checkout.
If payment is not completed by the deadline, Debbie Did It may cancel the win, suspend the bidder’s auction privileges, offer the item to another bidder, or relist it. Repeated nonpayment may result in account termination.
Buy It Now
When offered, Buy It Now allows the item to be purchased immediately at the displayed price. A completed Buy It Now purchase ends the auction. A button being visible does not guarantee availability if another customer completes a purchase first.
Prohibited Conduct
Shill bidding, collusion, false accounts, bid manipulation, harassment, automated bidding intended to disrupt an auction, and bids placed without an honest intention to pay are prohibited.
Technical or Listing Errors
Debbie Did It may cancel, pause, correct, or rerun an auction affected by a substantial listing error, system malfunction, fraudulent activity, or circumstances that make a fair completion impractical. If payment was collected for a canceled transaction, it will be refunded.
Final-Sale Status
Auction purchases are final except when an item arrives damaged, the wrong item is sent, or the item materially differs from its description. Applicable legal rights concerning defective goods are not limited by these rules.
