Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping Area
Debbie Did It currently ships only to addresses within the United States. Orders submitted with an unsupported or undeliverable address may be canceled and refunded.
Processing Time
Paid orders normally ship within 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Custom work, unusually large pieces, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances may require additional time; we will contact you if a material delay is expected.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping services and charges are displayed on the product page or during checkout. Some items may include free shipping. Different product types may have different shipping rates.
Tracking
Tracking or letter-level delivery updates may be provided when available for the selected service. Some low-cost letter services provide limited scans and are not equivalent to package-by-package USPS tracking. A lack of intermediate scans does not necessarily mean the item was not mailed or is lost.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before payment. Contact debbie@debbiedidit.com immediately if a correction is needed. An address may not be changed after an order has shipped.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it. Any refund will be handled consistently with applicable law and the Returns Policy.
Delivery Delays or Missing Items
Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. If an item appears delayed, contact us so we can review the available tracking or mailing information. Customers should also check the supplied address, household mail, neighbors, building staff, and local postal facility when appropriate.
If a shipment is confirmed lost, Debbie Did It will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement when possible or a refund. One-of-a-kind items may not be replaceable.
Federal Shipping Timing
We will ship within the time promised or, if no different time is stated, within the period required by applicable law. If a material delay occurs, we will provide any notice and cancellation or refund options required by law.
