Terms & Conditions

Website Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of debbiedidit.com and purchases from Debbie Did It. By using the website, creating an account, placing a bid, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and all policies linked from them.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

You must be at least 18 years old to place a bid or complete a purchase. A minor may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the activity and purchase.

We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts reasonably believed to involve fraud, harassment, bid manipulation, repeated nonpayment, policy violations, or unlawful activity.

Products and Handmade Variations

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph items accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and the handmade nature of an item may cause minor differences in color, texture, size, finish, or appearance. These ordinary variations are not defects.

Measurements are approximate unless explicitly stated otherwise. Product photographs, descriptions, and samples form part of the product representation.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable tax and disclosed shipping charges are added when required. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

We may correct an obvious typographical or technical pricing error before fulfillment. We will contact the customer and provide the choice to accept the corrected price or cancel for a refund if payment has already been collected.

Auctions

All auction participation is governed by the Auction Rules below. A bid is a commitment to purchase if the bidder wins. Auction purchases must be paid within the stated payment period.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

The Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Damage Policy below are incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Artwork, photographs, product designs, logos, graphics, text, and other original site content belong to Debbie Did It or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing an original artwork or product transfers ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction, commercial-use, merchandising, or licensing rights unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

You may not reproduce, sell copies of, commercially exploit, or falsely claim authorship of Debbie Did It artwork or website content without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, use automated methods to manipulate auctions, place false bids, impersonate another person, scrape protected content, introduce malicious code, or use the website unlawfully.

Availability and Technical Issues

We try to keep the website and auctions available and accurate, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. If a material technical error affects an auction’s fairness or operation, Debbie Did It may pause, cancel, correct, or rerun the affected auction. Any such decision will be made reasonably and communicated when practical.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Debbie Did It is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective or materially misrepresented merchandise.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their state of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version applicable to an order or bid will be the version posted when that transaction or bid is submitted, except when a change is required by law.
